Bergamot Organic

Bergamot Organic (Citrus bergamia). This refreshing citrus oil comes from the peel of a small, pear-shaped fruit that grows mainly in Italy, and was named after the town of Bergamo. Many recognize its scent as the flavouring used in Earl Grey tea. It reduces inflammation, enhances immunity, and cools fevers. Bergamot can be helpful to ease feelings of hopelessness, soothe stress and anxiety, and relieve insomnia. It is a marvellously cheering and balancing oil, which can help pave the way for a restful night. It blends well with nearly all essential oils. NB: Bergamot is phototoxic so use one of the Bergamot FCF oils if you are putting Bergamot on your skin and then going out into sunlight.
